Refund Policy

Last updated 3 August 2026

Try before you pay

Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial and the free plan does not expire. No card is required to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe. We would rather you found out the software suits you before paying than ask for money back afterwards.

Seven days on your first payment

If you subscribe and change your mind, write to us within seven days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. Tell us what did not work — it is the most useful feedback we get.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable once the period has begun, because the service was available to you throughout it. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. For yearly plans cancelled mid-term, we do not refund unused months, but we will credit them against a future subscription if you return within twelve months.

If something is our fault

If a defect on our side stopped you using the service for a meaningful period, or you were charged in error or twice for the same period, we refund it — inside or outside the seven-day window. Contact us with the dates and we will sort it out.

When we will not refund

We do not refund because you did not use the service during a period you paid for, because of a tax outcome arising from details you entered, or where an account was suspended for breaching the terms.

How to ask

Email support@gstbillingpro.in from your registered address with the payment reference. We reply within two working days, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within five to seven working days, depending on your bank. GST charged on a refunded payment is refunded with it, and a credit note is issued.

Your data on cancellation

Cancelling never deletes your invoices. You keep read access and can export everything as CSV. Ask us to delete your account and we will, subject to the retention period tax law requires for invoice records.
